Came across a link which took me to this while I was checking on what else is going on in the world.

Niagara brand and some other associated brands of bottled water produced in a one week period earlier this month are possibly contaminated with e-coli. Here is the link:

Hopefully the Supply Chain will filter this out of the system; if any got into it. Likely not a problem but there are enough other health issues on the line that this should not be added to it. This is produced in Pennsylvania so likely may not even be in the supply chain in the West.

These are the brands and many look like East Coast store brands:
Acadia; Acme; Big Y; Best Yet; 7-11; Niagara; Nature’s Place; Pricerite; Superchill; Morning Fresh; Shaws; Shoprite; Western Beef Blue; Wegman (see link for date codes for this brand only)

Quote from the link:

“Our voluntary recall only affects SPRING WATER (Not Purified Water) manufactured at our Hamburg, PA and Allentown, PA facilities between June 10 – June 18th.

The Best By codes on outer-wrap shrink-film or on the bottle for the affected cases would be in the range of:

F# BEST BY 08DEC2016 to F# BEST BY 16DEC2016
A# BEST BY 08DEC2016 to A# BEST BY 16DEC2016

F# indicates the Hamburg plant and line number
A# indicates the Allentown plant and line number”

Do check the link for updates that may come out regarding this information.

Be safe.

I received an email from a representative from waterlogic.com and they shared this great page that has an infographic at the bottom to quickly find out if the water needs to be recalled or not.
