It is my hope AB will indulge me once again with this post.
Communication is a fundamental responsibility of member-driven, dues-based organizations. I realize I have performed poorly in that regard in recent months.
While a prolonged illness shouldn’t be an excuse, it’s the only one I’ve got. Being the "chief cook & bottle washer" for the FWFSA, it is important for me to acknowledge my communication deficit over the last few months.
It has been a struggle to get the new web site up and running as I have placed a priority for my time on "catching up" with DC since it’s an election year and as the season begins no doubt politicians will come out of the woodwork. In fact the "backroom" deals are alive and well back there even with bipartisan issues such as those facing our federal wildland firefighters.
So I’d like to ask that our FWFSA members please forgive the absence of much communication recently. I am trying to catch up and will do so. In the meantime, our members should know they can contact me anytime by phone or email to discuss anything and everything. Thanks for your patience.
With great respect & Sincerity,
Casey Judd, President
