Fire crews reporting someone shooting off flares in the area, Pima County Sheriff saying possible drug runners trying to signal a drop plane (plane that flew over from Mexico then drops bundle of drugs)

Pima Sheriff "Survey 1" Fixed Wing and Customs/Border Patrol aircraft are searching the area via air and ground units in the area as well.
